"Recently, Chef Joseph Sassine and the Hungry Tarpon catered my Florida Keys beach wedding reception. The exquisite food was definitely the high point of the evening. From the amazing prime rib (sliced and served up by Chef Joseph himself), to the fresh sunflower-encrusted yellowtail, my guests were so impressed with his culinary delights. Also, on Chef Joseph’s menu was Caribbean rice, a light, flavorful pasta salad, spicy three-pepper dip, sunshine salad, grilled Caribbean vegetables -- the list goes on and on. A gorgeous fruit and vegetable display topped with Chef Joseph’s fruit carvings was an impressive centerpiece for the table. In addition to the wonderful food, the Hungry Tarpon staff saw to all of my guests’ needs. I cannot imagine any other catering service being better than the Hungry Tarpon. Chef Joseph is a gem. I’m sure it must be a challenge to serve hot food for 125 guests, but the Tarpon catering staff made it look so easy. My friends and family are still raving about the food. Thank you so much to the Hungry Tarpon and, especially Chef Joseph for making our day so special!"

"When my husband and I were recently married, I was immediately excited about our post-wedding brunch. The Hungry Tarpon was easily our first choice. We couldn’t wait to show all of our out-of-town guests where we lived. This would be the perfect place! Robbie’s easily surpassed what we expected. Chef Joseph was in contact with us on a regular basis and he really put out an amazing buffet. The manager, Jason was professional and happy to accommodate any last minute needs. To top it off, the site’s built in entertainment (feeding the tarpon) is genius! Everyone really enjoyed the brunch. We can’t wait to get back there! I think we’ll go for brunch on Sunday.
